Please allow 5-7 business days for new submissions to be reviewed by our team. If you’d like to add a business or other resource to our directory of pet-friendly places, you can use our Post a Spot feature to create a listing for free. It's also good to know that all the extra usage we bill for is validated by the Fido sim in our customers phones and is valid. In case of technical difficulties, they can also contact us for support. For urgent assistance related to existing reservations, please call 87. This is why our customers can track their usage 24/7 on fido.ca, the Fido app or even by dialing 3337 from their Fido device. Simply email with your reservation confirmation number and a brief description of the issue, and one of our customer support team members will respond promptly (usually within an hour if contacting us during normal business hours). Most customer support issues can be resolved without calling and waiting on hold.
